Second-year students from the Construction Department of the Vocational School, led by Lecturer Sefa TALAY, organized a technical visit to ongoing construction projects by Harbi İnşaat, a company known for its significant contributions to the field of superstructure construction in our province. This visit aimed to enhance students' practical experiences related to their professions.

During the technical visit, students had the opportunity to observe the construction process closely, transforming their theoretical knowledge into practical application. They learned about innovations in the sector and the practical aspects of construction operations.

The students observed the rough and fine construction processes of the ongoing projects firsthand. They gained insights from project managers about various stages of construction, including architectural details, construction techniques, safety measures, and project management, effectively combining their theoretical knowledge with practical experiences.

Additionally, detailed information was provided to students regarding the professional skills and responsibilities required in the construction industry. Harbi İnşaat's Managing Director, Civil Engineer İlker Beyhan GÜNDOĞAN, also introduced students to the materials, technological equipment, and environmentally friendly practices used in their projects. This experience allowed students to closely witness current trends in the industry and develop environmental awareness.

The technical visit not only contributed to the professional development of students but also supported their closer acquaintance with the sector, preparing them to step into the workforce with greater readiness. Through this experience, students reinforced their belief that they would participate more effectively and competently in future construction projects.
