Quality Policy of the Construction Department
The Construction Department aims to establish a management model that will facilitate departmental transformation by creating internal quality assurance mechanisms and internalizing a culture of quality assurance through applied leadership approaches.
Our quality policy in the Construction Department, aligned with our mission and vision, is to cultivate individuals who can view the problems of our geographical region from scientific, artistic, and critical perspectives, while respecting social, cultural, and ethical values, as well as the environment, and adhering to the principles and reforms of Atatürk.
We strive to be reliable in all processes, fully addressing the needs and expectations of our internal and external stakeholders.
As part of the Digital Transformation Project led by the Higher Education Council, where our university is a pilot institution, we aim to closely follow technological developments and implement them using the workshop facilities provided to us, enhancing our capabilities further.
Within the framework of the Higher Education Quality Assurance Regulation, we emphasize teamwork to continuously elevate the quality level, enabling all academic and support staff in the department to utilize their competencies and skills to the fullest.
We aim to establish quality awareness among all staff and students in the department and create a sense of consciousness.
We will provide the necessary support through our management to ensure that the academic staff can conduct every activity and project at the desired quality and in a timely manner.
Based on the outputs of departmental evaluation meetings held at regular intervals, we will determine goals and organize paths to achieve them.
We will proactively generate the most suitable, accurate, and cost-effective solutions in the activities and projects conducted to prevent potential issues.
Our quality policy aims to be a pioneering educational department that collaborates continuously with both the public and private sectors, producing highly skilled professionals equipped with the knowledge, skills, and technological advancements required by field training, without compromising national values.
