Degree Earned

Students who successfully complete this program are awarded an associate degree in Construction Technology (title: Construction Technician). The program aims to equip students with the technical knowledge and skills required in the construction sector.

Admission Requirements

  • Turkish Citizens: Must complete the processes determined by ÖSYM (Student Selection and Placement Center) within the framework of our university’s academic and legal regulations and pass the exams.

Transition to Higher Levels

Students who successfully complete the Construction Technology program can transition to undergraduate programs if they achieve sufficient scores in the Vertical Transfer Exam (DGS) conducted by ÖSYM. Our graduates have the opportunity to transition to undergraduate programs such as Civil Engineering and Architecture.

Graduation Requirements

To graduate, students must pass all courses (totaling 120 ECTS) and have a Minimum Weighted Grade Point Average (W GPA) of at least 2.00/4.00. Additionally, students must complete and have accepted their Professional Internship, which lasts for 36 workdays.

Employment Opportunities for Graduates

Graduates of the Construction Technology Department have the opportunity to find jobs as technical personnel in public and private sectors, construction supervision firms, and technical offices and construction sites both domestically and abroad. Our graduates start their careers strongly with a wide range of employment opportunities in the sector.

Assessment and Evaluation

Students are given three exam rights each semester: Midterm Exam, Final Exam, and Make-up Exam. Students' success is evaluated according to the Relative Assessment System. This system aims to measure students' performance in a fair and objective manner.
